Another essential is massaman curry, a rich, mildly spicy curry with peanuts and potatoes, best enjoyed at Muslim food stalls. For a true taste of the south, try gaeng tai pla, a fermented fish curry that's bold and pungent, typically priced at 100 to 150 baht. **🏖️ Ao Nang Eats** Ao Nang Beach Road is packed with restaurants, but the best values are on the side streets.
